Sound Bath – Limited Spots Available

Please join Recovery Dharma Chicago for a special meeting with Sound Bath on March 12, 2023 at 4 p.m. The session will begin as a classic RD meeting but instead of meditation, a provider trained in sound bath techniques will play music with gongs, singing bowls, drums, rattles, ocean drums, rain sticks and more. A sound bath is typically a way of managing anxiety, soothing the nervous system, and blocking all the ideas and thoughts out of your consciousness as you connect with your body. Come and experience RD in a whole new light.

This event is by reservation only and will be happening in Evanston at the Chapel of Sacred Sound.

Dana for the event is suggested at $20 but no one will be turned away.

Please RSVP via the EVENTBRITE reservation link.

Due to the unique nature of the event and to keep all participants safe only 15 spots are available on a first come first serve basis.

The location will be sent to registered participants via email.

Once all spots have been filled a waiting list will be created.
