Recovery Dharma Chicago is pleased to add this weekly meeting focusing particularly on issues around codependency. All are welcome to come explore setting and maintaining wise boundaries as part of our understanding of the Four Noble Truths and practice of the Eightfold Path. Readings and meditations will be offered to support love of oneself and setting boundaries.
NOTE: The meeting is inclusive of all genders but it will not focus on issues around sex addiction or food addiction.
